DSW014 unable to ping

Hi,

I did the following steps:

  1. Changed the static IP of gateway to 192.168.1.100
  2. Connected the Gateway to WiFi Router with Eithernet Cable

I’m unable to ping the device. However device is showing both red and blue lights

Kindly, share whats the issue
