DSGW-210-F-1. How to power off?

  • Quick press of the power button does nothing
  • Short press of the power button does nothing
  • Long press of the power button reboots the system
  • Unplug the usb-c cable only works when battery is empty.

There’s no instructions about powering this device off and I have found no way to power off when battery is charged.

You simply unplug the gateway from the USB-C and quickly press the power button twice. The gateway should switch itself off. Then re-insert the USB-C and it should boot up again.
