There currently is a whole load of inconsistant detaisl on the board/platform support files.

In some places it points you to an FTP server,
In others it refers to files names starting rk3328
In another place you have links to files starting DSGW-210
Links to random google drive files.
References to root file system for debian.
So many variables I do know what is current.

Is there a single list of current files?

Or is this the correct and up to date list on this page.

But the linked to SDK quickstart needs updating.

So that page refers to an FTP server, where is that?
As I said there is no consistant list/source.
There is no clarity on what is installed on the unit when shipped.
Links to a debian sdk, a buildroot sdk and a yocto sdk
