Flash BalenaOS on DSGW-210

We are interested in using this Dusun DSGW-210 with Balena. Are there any guides for how to flash an OS .img to this device?

e.g. Run containers on embedded edge devices - balenaOS

We’ve been through the steps in the instructions but at the point where we select the OS img android tool complains that the file is not compatible. Is there a way to get the balena .img in the needed format?
