Ezsp adapter not working in zigbee2mqtt DSGW-210

@Dusun_Yan helped me setting up Zigbee2MQTT on an earlier DSGW-210 ast year in this discussion: I can't use zigbee2mqtt DSGW-210.
I am setting up a new DSGW-210 and the Zigbee2MQTT is not working again. I tried using the same values as you suggested above.

As per the logs, I also tried to use adapter ember, but that is not helping either:

Do you have any suggestions? I also tried using defining the port as /dev/serial/by-id/usb-1a86_USB_Serial-if00-port0 and also /dev/ttyUSB0

The Zigbee2MQTT help page does not really help either.

Just thinking about this, the hardware I am running is DSGW-210-Debian_image_RV1.2.3.img. Is it possible that it has some pre-installed packages which are also using the zigbee adapter this is why Zigbee2MQTT cannot connect? Can I turn it off somehow?

yes you need to close the process which occupies the zigbee adapter

killall reapp.sh

/etc/init.d/S99bul stop
mv /etc/init.d/S99bul /etc/init.d/bul
mv /usr/bin/bul /usr/bin/bul-b

/etc/init.d/S99zigbee stop
mv /etc/init.d/S99zigbee /etc/init.d/zigbee
mv /usr/bin/AmberGwZ3 /usr/bin/AmberGwZ3-b
